On December 08 2022, I bought a document set with selfie for 40$ with this seller:

Right after sending document, I told him that I have these document for over 4 months.
He asked for proof, I sent him original document as proof so he refunded me. I warned him that I have this full base and send extra document as proof and warned him to not sell old document nd call them fresh, not used or private witch very bad.
On January 1st, he wrote me saying hello, happy new year, I have fresh document if you're still interested. So i replied i'll contact him later.
On January 29, I contacted him that I'm back to office if he still have the materials. He said yes.
I warned if he agree for replacement or refund if document are used or not good, he admitted and agreed as yes.
I asked him prices, he said 40$ for each doc and finally offered it for 35$ for each doc.
I paid for 5 document to check for registration for the amount of 175$ to his provided wallet: bc1q0feqehjam4u6hnt4s9rkayvcj2vpnpjuxvek5k and started registration 2 days later because I couldn't get OTP for the registration services that I needed it for (REVOLUT).
On February 1st, I started the registration and found all document were blacklisted and some are used on my needed project.
I directly contacted him to inform him about it and send login data as proof to see email notification for all the registration.
We agreed as proof of email notification after registration if everything goes wrong, he was okay for that.
I asked this seller for replacement or refund as we agreed, he ignored for about 2 days.
I notified this seller, that this error (Account has been Desactivated) can happen if the materials are blacklisted / reported as stolen data breach on ONFIDO, which is common known on this project.
This seller replaced only one document out of 5, witch worked on the registration and finally got also Desactivated in about 24hrs
Nevermind, I paid 175$ for 5 document and none of them worked for me so I need my replacement as we agreed or money back.
I have over 100 pcs that have the same issue and ready to send a sample. NOT REGISTERED ON REVLUT BUT WILL FLY TO ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DESACTIVATED BECAUSE THEY ARE BLACKLISTE.
I ask this seller for 5 times if he's about to replace or refund, he refused to answer and keep repeating check the problem on your sides, I gave you good materials. I answered multiple times that their is no problem on my sides.

It's not right to pay higher price for a materials that never work in the end and the agreement not respected.
He probably bought these document from someone who already used them on my needed project.
